We had a thrilling time at the Cincinnati Office's Summer Picnic at Kings Island with our co-workers and their families!

Well we're movin' on up! Our Cedar Rapids Iowa office has been expanding rapidly so we've moved to a larger space in the heart of the city at the intersection of 3rd St.

Today we attended the awards ceremony at Paul Brown Stadium Ltd for being a Top Workplace 7 years running according to The Cincinnati Enquirer and placed #11! This award is based solely off of employee feedback surveys and is due to our hardworking HR department who always makes sure our people-centered culture continues to thrive.

Today is annual World Day for Safety and Health at Work which promotes the prevention of occupational accidents. We are proud to promote a culture of safety and health to protect our employees and clients.

Our crew cleaned up well over the weekend at the People Working Cooperatively Tool Belt Ball where we were excited to be a Silver Saw Sponsor for this wonderful non-profit that does so much good in the community! Our PWC volunteer team is usually covered in leaves and sawdust from helping low-income homeowners with critical home repairs but it was wonderful to help the fundraising side also so that even more assistance can be provided for all of these necessary home modifications.

During our 15 year anniversary celebration at Paul Brown Stadium, each of our owners gave a speech reviewing the timeline of our rich history. The pride and passion for the company and it's people that they feel is palpable.

Phil Beirne has served proudly as the visionary and President of BSI for 15 successful years, conceptualizing the company from the ground up in 2007 until his well-deserved retirement this month. Dan Heck, who is currently Principal and Director of Projects at BSI, has graciously accepted to succeed Phil as President.

Well this is a great way to kick off our 15 year anniversary celebration! BSI was just ranked the 3rd largest engineering firm in the tristate by the Cincinnati Business Courier .
