🌞 What a fantastic day at our company picnic at the Cincinnati Zoo! 🦒 It was great seeing all of the employees and their families come together for fun, food, and a bit of wild adventure!

Mike Titus, PE, PMP is our multifaceted Electrical Engineering Manager who effortlessly glides from leading teams in the office to dominating the ice rink after hours. But his dedication doesn't stop there – in his spare time, he selflessly coaches youth hockey, embodying our commitment to giving back.

Last night, we had the pleasure of attending a wonderful event where we were honored with an award for being one of the Enquirer - Cincinnati and Kentucky 's Top Workplaces, both in the Greater Cincinnati region and nationally across the USA. While we receive many recognitions throughout the year, this particular award is especially meaningful because it is based on Energage survey feedback direct from our employees.

We're thrilled to announce that we have been nationally ranked as a Top 500 Design Firm again this year by Engineering News-Record ! Coming in at #358, this achievement is a testament to our team's dedication and innovative spirit.

As part of our comprehensive co-op program, we prioritize site visits for our aspiring engineers, architects, and piping designers, allowing them to observe completed projects firsthand. A big thank you to Emery Oleochemicals and Bill Kafiti for the informative and engaging facility tour!

Our why, from the very first step, was (and still is) Tonya Manley. A beloved employee whose courage and positivity throughout her battle with lung cancer was remarkable.
