Today we celebrated being a top 10 Top Workplace according to The Cincinnati Enquirer with a delicious local favorite streetpops and some summer sunshine. This award is based solely off of employee feedback surveys and is due to our hardworking HR department who always makes sure our people-centered culture continues to thrive!

Excited to announce that we are on the Zweig Group 2021 Hot Firm List for the 11th consecutive year running! This award honors the fastest growing firms in the architecture, engineering, & construction (AEC) industry.

Our employee Will Eberle is not only a piping designer extraordinaire, he is also a talented musician and will be performing at the Knotty Pine with "Just This Once" at noon this Sunday for Autism Rocks, benefiting the Ken Anderson Alliance Cincinnati . BSI loves supporting nonprofits that our employees volunteer with and are passionate about so we are a Touchdown sponsor for this event.

BSI was just ranked one of the Top 3 Largest Engineering Firms in the Greater Cincinnati area by the Cincinnati Business Courier . This is the 7th consecutive year that we have been in the Top 5.

One of our favorite annual traditions is to spread cheer each holiday season through a giving tree , which provides gifts to local underprivileged children to make the season a little bit brighter!

We pause this day to reflect upon our country's Veterans and to contemplate their contribution to the historic success of our Nation. All Veterans have made sacrifices of varying magnitudes.

Our fearless leader and president Phil Beirne has won the midsize division Leadership Award from The Enquirer - Cincinnati and Kentucky . We love that he is getting the recognition that he fully deserves for always being the leading positive force behind BSI.
